Participants must be between 2 and 12 years old. Submit completed coloring pages by 6 PM on March 23rd at the Smithville Public Library. Coloring sheets and contest rules are available at the library or can be printed using the links below. Awards will be presented during the Pet Show on Friday, April 10th, at 1:00 PM.
