Contestants must be between 2 years and 12 years of age. All coloring pages must be turned in by 6pm on April 3rd at the Smithville Public Library. Pickup your coloring sheet and rules at the Smithville Public Library or print them from home at the links below. Awards will be given during the Pet Show on Friday, April 14th at 1:30pm.
